Jogathon 2023: Color Run is Wednesday, May 10!

Please go to www.pledgestar.com/turtlerock to register your student and donate today! All pledges must be finalized by Friday, April 14, 3pm to be counted for prizes and raffles.

We are using Pledgestar to collect all of our Jogathon donations this year. This web based fundraising platform allows for secure credit card donations online and makes it easy to request pledges from family and friends. To register your student and to donate, please follow the steps below:

1) Go to www.pledgestar.com/turtlerock

2) Select "Not registered for this event?" (Even if you have used Pledgestar in the past, you still need to start here).

3) Enter in parent info here to create an account and click submit.

4) Once you have created a parent account, you can now add your students as "joggers" (all Turtle Rock students in your family).

5) Scroll all the way down to "Add Family & Friends + Track Donations" and add yourself again (the parent) and your email (or phone) as a donor. You will then see the "Donate Now" option.

6) You may also add in family and friends and send donation requests to them via email or social media.

Jogathon is an annual event at Turtle Rock that is both a memorable and fun day for all of our students and the largest PTA fundraiser of the year. Parents will be invited to come watch their students run and participate in the color blast experience. All students will receive a PTA provided t-shirt and sunglasses to wear for this special event.

Based on each individual student's donation levels:

$100+ Pizza Party, $200+ Tie Dye Party, $300+ Game Truck

For families that donate $600+, all students in the family will earn Pizza Party, Tie Dye Party, and Game Truck!

For families that donate $1000+, parents earn priority parking at a Turtle Rock event!

All donations (family total) $25+ will be entered into our Jogathon Raffles! (updated 3/17)

$25+ a chance to win local store gift cards, water bottles, Contender Esports day passes, toys and more!

$200+ a chance to win Hyperice massage gun

$300+ a chance to win Los Angeles Lakers tickets, Contender Esports family membership

$600+ a chance to win Montage Laguna Beach hotel stay

FAQs

Can I send in a check for my donation? Yes, checks can be turned in to the front office or to your student’s teacher. Please make sure to still register on Pledgestar and add your student as a jogger. This makes it so that we can track your donation and make sure your student receives the correct donation prizes.
Can I register for Pledgestar on my phone? Yes! If the website is not working on your phone, you can try downloading the mobile app (Android or Apple). Once on the app, you enter “turtlerock” as the event code. Then follow the on screen instructions for how to register.

What if my student is absent on the day of the Pizza Party, Tie Dye Party, or Game Truck? Please note that if your child is absent on the day of the experience, it will not be possible for us to offer an alternate date. We will communicate the dates of these experiences once the schedules are finalized.
My student came home with a voucher from Contender Esports Irvine. Is this for the Game Truck experience at school? No, the Game Truck experience is only for student donations totalling $300+ (or families with $600+). The voucher can be used at Contender Esports Irvine, which is a gaming center at the Diamond Jamboree plaza
