We are excited to kick off preparations for this year’s Jogathon, one of our school’s most important and fun-filled fundraising events! Your involvement and support play a critical role in making this event a success.

To organize and plan effectively, we’d like to invite you to join our Jogathon Committee meetings. Starting in January, meetings will take place every other Tuesday at 8:00 AM in the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room). These meetings are a great opportunity to contribute ideas, collaborate with other parents, and help shape an exciting event for our students. Whether you have a few hours to spare or can take on a larger role, your input is highly valued.

January 25 will be the annual Tournament of Champions Winter Bowl Flag Football tournament at Great Park. All 3rd-6th graders (girls and boys) are welcome to be part of our Turtle Rock Elementary teams competing against other IUSD schools. No prior football experience is necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with kids outside of school, try a new sport and show Turtle Rock spirit! It will be a fun day of watching Turtle Rock and all the schools compete! 

Each team must have a minimum of 9 players and at least one volunteer coach. Practices will start in January and are typically held on our school fields determined by your coach.
